Medical, emotional and mental health concerns about children and adults
The(incapacitated) donor, appoints 'attorneys' the power of attorney to make decisions about health, social care and wellbeing, you will need a Certificate, i.e. medical practitioner or Solicitor writing to confirm your limited capacity procedure; for example, suffering temporary anxiety or stress and that you understand the procedure - Ordinary, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Health - form LP1H
Financial abuse, emotional blackmail and exploitation
Granting attorneys the power to make decisions about your money and property paying bills or selling your home etc. Ideally this would be your accountant, family or someone trustworthy that you know exceptionally well -

Parents with young children
The legal concept of a power of attorney allows an adult to appoint someone to help make decisions on their child(ren)'s behalf, usually in the event they lose mental capacity, such as trauma, anxiety and stress, a parent can appoint POA to family with "Durable power of attorney"
